Giving this place 5 stars because it’s so good! The restaurant itself is decorated so nice and it’s so clean. Staff is super friendly. My husband and I left with our bellies huge and full and satisfied! We will be coming back for sure to try other menu options!!! And will also spread the word around about this restaurant! Such a good take on BBQ food.
Great BBQ. We had the pulled pork and brisket. The brisket was so tender and tasty. The pulled pork had a great smokey flavor and was incredibly juicy. The Mac and cheese was some of the best I have ever had and the beans had a good hint of jalapeno. It was crowded but the owner was able to ask a couple to share a table with us. I think we have found our GO TO BBQ place.
The food at this spot is out of this world. The brisket was super moist and the sausage was one of the best links I've had in a long time. I would also suggest the queso if you're interested in an out of body flavour experience. I'm so glad that this is the spot I chose for my lunch today. It was well worth the time.
We recently visited Strouderosa, and it was an incredible barbecue experience! We ordered The Adam with brisket and pulled pork, and both were fantastic. The brisket was perfectly tender and moist, while the pulled pork had just the right amount of peppery kick. The house-smoked wings were another standout—absolutely delicious. Our toddler couldn’t get enough of the mac and treeso, which was a fun and flavorful twist. I personally loved the creamy potato salad, and my husband raved about the candied carrots. Strouderosa truly has something for everyone. They provided two sauces at the table, and while the mild sauce was my favorite, I appreciated that the meats didn’t need it—they were juicy and flavorful on their own. Strouderosa nails it on every front, from the sides to the perfectly smoked meats. We’ll definitely be back!
Found this in the neighborhood and saw this joint has a 4.9 rating. It’s totally deserved and so moist and yummy. Two diff BBQ sauces and great condiments on plate, the pickled onions were delish as were the pickles and great touch adding jalapenos! I’ll definitely visit this place 2-3 times a month!!
This is really good BBQ. Is it Snows or Franklins,? no. Is it really good, right in your neighborhood, better than any chain you can think of? Yes it is. Moist brisket was great, good bark, good flavor. Jalapeno sausage is among the best I’ve had. The sides were good, as was the queso. Lots of folks grabbing this to go on my first visit, will definitely return.
I walked into this place and was immediately greeted in a friendly fashion. I ordered the 1/4 lb brisket and pulled pork and was not disappointed! This BBQ place is much better than Famous Dave’s (I live in Washington state). The portion size is great! The food is tangy and moist and just melts in your mouth! The peach cobbler is sweet and tangy and is warm enough for your pleasure! I will definitely be back! I didn’t take any pictures this time (it was too good once I had gotten started) but will take some next time! November 21, 2024: My husband and I finally have moved to Texas and we came back to one of the best BBQ places in town! I had the same waiter and he was just as lovely and pleasant as the first time I had him! This time, I took photos of what we ordered. My husband is thoroughly impressed! He said and I quote, “I’ve never had BBQ this good before in my life!” Thanks guys for making delicious food! We will be back again!
Matt and his team were very friendly. The service was top notch, and the food was amazing! Brisket was perfect along with the creamed corn. I highly recommend this establishment!
